Triage — Load-Class Classification
Each passable stretch is rated to a Military Load Classification (ref. NATO STANAG 2174). This determines what can physically move on it, not just whether it is open.
Note: load-class ratings are illustrative and synthetic. Load class, not distance, is what determines whether a convoy can use a route.
Conduction — Constrained Routing
Routes are ranked against the stated load requirement, not against distance alone. Segments rated below the convoy's load class are excluded, not down-weighted.
Note: the shortest route (MSR-1, 28 km) is excluded rather than offered with a warning. A segment below the convoy's load class is not a slower option, it is not an option.
Reflex — Verification & Provenance
Every segment on the selected route carries a provenance state. Satellite assessment and ground confirmation are recorded separately and never merged into a single score.
